I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the help and support that you all have given me. 

I have been using this service right from the very beginning and I cannot fault it. In my line of work my times can vary or change suddenly but Cats are always so accommodating of this. If they are running late or have broken down, they ring me up to inform me.

I have never had any trouble with this service it has always been amazing, nevermore has then been more apparent than during the Covid19 pandemic. When I was able to start going back to work again, they were always able to fit me in and accommodate my schedule as my work picked up. I feel safe using this bus, it is always clean and immaculate and always on time. 

I cannot fault this service the ladies in the office are always so friendly and warm and will do their upmost to book you on for the time you require. If this service keeps running, I will continue to use it.   Donna 

CATS has been invaluable to us and has helped a vulnerable adult who lives with us have more independence and be able to get to their day placement. The drivers are helpful, kind and considerate. We really are so grateful for CATS for their continued service. Please keep up the great work!  Lydia

I have been using the West Service to take my three children from Saxmundham to Framlingham for school, the service is reliable, the drivers are all excellent.  I can go to work knowing that the children are in safe hands.  I would not hesitate to recommend this service to other parents.  The children have also used this service to go out during school holidays.  Steve
