Testimonials

"Excellent service. The staff were really helpful and the driver was most polite and friendly. Thank you."
Chrissie Fullbrook
"CATS has been invaluable to us and has helped a vulnerable adult who lives with us have more independence and be able to get to their day placement. The drivers are helpful, kind and considerate. We really are so grateful for CATS for their continued service. Please keep up the great work!"
Lydia

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the help and support that you all have given me.

I have been using this service right from the very beginning and I cannot fault it. In my line of work my times can vary or change suddenly but Cats are always so accommodating of this. If they are running late or have broken down, they ring me up to inform me.

I have never had any trouble with this service it has always been amazing, nevermore has then been more apparent than during the Covid19 pandemic. When I was able to start going back to work again, they were always able to fit me in and accommodate my schedule as my work picked up. I feel safe using this bus, it is always clean and immaculate and always on time.

I cannot fault this service the ladies in the office are always so friendly and warm and will do their upmost to book you on for the time you require. If this service keeps running, I will continue to use it."

Donna

"Lovely telephone staff always willing to help. Drivers always friendly and chatty"

Yvette McDonald
"I’ve just used this service for the first time. It is, without doubt, something we need to fight for and keep in our community.
Thank you Siobhan, the driver this morning, it was lovely to meet you."
Carmen Zahra
"I have been using the West Service to take my three children from Saxmundham to Framlingham for school, the service is reliable, the drivers are all excellent.  I can go to work knowing that the children are in safe hands.  I would not hesitate to recommend this service to other parents.  The children have also used this service to go out during school holidays."

Coastal Accessible Transport Services - CATS
Do you, a family member or someone you know, get to medical appointments, who used to travel by non-emergency transport, have they now become ineligible for the free transport? Are they looking at the alternatives, asking for lifts, getting a taxi (at exorbitant prices), or even just missing vital appointments seem the only options? We could look to help take them; we offer hospital transport (subject to availability, volunteers and vehicles) to local hospitals but also further afield! To be eligible, you would need to be a member of the community car service, which has a small yearly fee to help with admin costs. You would pay the volunteer driver the fuel expenses of 45p a mile for your trip (from the driver's home to pick you up, take you to the destination and back)Whilst we don't have availability for everyone, please let us know where you are, and we can see if we can help. Get in touch with us by calling 01728 830516 or filling out our form on our website at cats-paws.co.uk/contact-us/Please share this with groups, family and friends, as we don't want anyone to miss out on vital medical trips just because they can't get transport. ...
