I have been using this service right from the very beginning and I cannot fault it. In my line of work my times can vary or change suddenly but Cats are always so accommodating of this. If they are running late or have broken down, they ring me up to inform me.
I have never had any trouble with this service it has always been amazing, nevermore has then been more apparent than during the Covid19 pandemic. When I was able to start going back to work again, they were always able to fit me in and accommodate my schedule as my work picked up. I feel safe using this bus, it is always clean and immaculate and always on time.
I cannot fault this service the ladies in the office are always so friendly and warm and will do their upmost to book you on for the time you require. If this service keeps running, I will continue to use it."

This year, Cats celebrates its big 3-0! 30 years of accessible transport; hundreds and hundreds of volunteers, passengers and vehicles. Thousands upon thousands of miles. In Framlingham, starting on the 12th of May there is a free Life Skills course that helps people in East Suffolk manage money, improve wellbeing, and build confidence through relaxed weekly sessions. If you live further afield, the Connecting Communities bus can take you there*(subject to availability) the return fare from Saxmundham is £8, carers travel free with a passenger and if you are using the Katch bus to get there, its free with a bus pass! The buses will not be open on Bank Holiday Monday, nor will the office be open. The office and buses will resume on Tuesday, the 5th of May. The office and normal service will be running on Saturday.
